Leidos has outlined its ethics and compliance, philanthropic and environmental programs over the past year in the company’s annual corporate responsibility report.
The company said Monday it donated more than $2 million to charities and its staff volunteered more than 16,000 hours of their time to promote STEM education as well as support military veteran outreach programs.
“We remain deeply committed to making a difference for our employees, our communities, and ultimately our world,” said Roger Krone, CEO of Leidos.
Leidos has also met a target of 25 percent reduction in greenhouse gas emissions six years ahead of schedule.
The company was also named by Military Times to the publication’s Best for Vets: Employers list for 2014.
