Ross Wilkers
Vic See Jr. serves as a senior vice president at Integrity Applications Inc., where he is also a member of IAI’s executive leadership team.
See is a 29-year Navy veteran who served as a helicopter pilot and member of the Aerospace Engineering Duty Officer community.
He joined IAI in 2009 after service as leader of the Naval Space Acquisition community and also was assigned as the director of communications systems acquisition and operations directorate at the National Reconnaissance Office.
He also served as commander of Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command’s space field activity and the program executive officer for space systems.
See’s military decorations include the Defense Superior Service Medal, the Legion of Merit, the Defense Meritorious Service Medal with 2 Oak Leaf clusters and the Navy Commendation Medal.
See holds a master’s degree in aeronautical engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and a bachelor’s degree in physics and oceanography from the Naval Academy.
