Terence Raley serves as vice president of contracts and procurement at AECOM‘s government services unit and is a three-decade contract, acquisition and business management veteran.
Raley previously served as a contracts VP for the company’s national security programs business.
Before that, he was the director of operations for Computer Sciences Corp.‘s state and local solutions division and held a similar role within its government health services and civil systems development groups.
He joined CSC in 2003 after that company acquired DynCorp Systems & Solutions LLC, where Raley has served in contracts administration roles for about four years.
At DynCorp, he served as the focal point for contractual, procurement, government property or pricing issues.
Raley is also a Top Secret security clearance holder and also held leadership positions at User Technology Associates, Symmetrical Technologies, Technology Applications, Standard Technology and VSE.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in management from James Madison University and an M.B.A. from George Mason University.
