Fleetwood Lilley serves as vice president of contracts for the mission, cyber and intelligence solutions business at ManTech International.
Lilley has held this role since August 2012 and manages the organization’s contracts in the government and commercial markets.
The 28-year industry veteran previously served in a similar role within Science Applications International Corp.‘s cyber and information services unit.
He also oversaw contractual activities of AT&T and is a former attorney at law firms that specialize in contract, financial and corporate laws as well as in federal and state litigation.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of South Carolina, a master’s degree in government contract law from George Washington University and a juris doctorate from the University of South Carolina.
