Neel Mehta
Cheryl Ragland-Baxter serves as the director for marketing and sales enablement at Avaya‘s government solutions business.
She leads a channel sales team and works with strategic partners to create multimedia campaigns for enterprise communications and collaboration technology offerings in the federal sector.
Ragland-Baxter oversaw the rebranding of the company’s federal business organization after the firm acquired Nortel Government Solutions in 2009.
She has also held sales and operations leadership roles at AT&T before she joined Avaya.
At AT&T, she worked to design and implement a new tracking infrastructure for the firm’s marketing programs across the U.S. market.
