ITphotoDeltek estimates the Nuclear Regulatory Commission has obligated a total of $635 million for information technology contracts from fiscal 2010 to fiscal 2014, the Washington Post reported Sunday.

Kathleen Sievers, a senior manager at Deltek, writes NRC reported $107 million in IT contract obligations in FY 2010 and $150 million contract spending last fiscal year.

The agency’s FY 2014 spend on IT projects accounted for approximately 99 percent of its estimated $152 million IT budget, Sievers says.

Sievers said Deltek expects the agency to recompete its six-year, $252 million Information Technology Infrastructure and Support Services program.

Dell Services Federal Government is the prime contractor for the ITISS contract, which will run through 2017.
