QTS has partnered with Carahsoft Technology Corp. to offer U.S. government customers access to QTS’s information technology service offerings through a General Services Administration acquisition program.
QTS said Thursday its data center, colocation and cloud offerings have been added to Carahsoft’s GSA Schedule 70 contract.
The QTS 3Cs suite includes a FedRAMP-certified platform designed to help agencies manage their virtual data centers as well as to monitor their cloud-based systems.
“The GSA Schedule 70 contract now makes it easy for those agencies to purchase our services and comply with federal standards,” said John Lind, vice president of QTS’ federal solutions group.
John Lee, vice president for the cloud solutions business at Carahsoft, added the company also intends to make the QTS offerings available to government resellers.
Public-sector organizations use the Schedule 70 vehicle to access products and services from more than 5,000 authorized IT vendors.
