Carahsoft Technology will offer Gigamon‘s Unified Visibility Fabric product to government clients via a GSA Schedule contract and act as the master government aggregator for the traffic visibility networking provider.
“IT network and security teams at the federal level face the unparalleled challenge of protecting information as a matter of national security,” Dennis Reilly, vice president of Gigamon’s federal business, said Thursday.
Unified Visibility Fabric works to provide real-time visibility into network traffic and aggregate traffic flows to system monitoring and security tools to help users quickly respond to threats, Gigamon said.
Carahsoft President Craig Abod said the product will be available to both the government and the company’s reseller partners.
