Knight Point Systems has received a designation from Virginia Business and Best Companies Group as one of the “best places to work in Virginia” in 2015.
Virginia Business and Best Companies Group created the list of 100 companies through a two-part survey across the state of Virginia, Knight Point said Monday.
The survey aims to recognize companies that provide “the best places of employment in Virginia, benefiting the state’s economy, workforce and businesses.”
Virginia Business and Best Companies Group reviewed the companies’ workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics under the first part of the survey and measured employee experience under the second part.
