Level 3 Communications has been selected to deploy network connectivity services to Intelsat‘s Tysons Corner, Virginia-based headquarters and other sites across the U.S.
Intelsat will expand its IntelsatOne terrestrial fiber and teleport network connected to Intelsat’s global satellite infrastructure using the service, Level 3 said Tuesday.
“Level 3 remains committed to providing the network solutions for Intelsat to continue to grow and meet the mission-critical demands of its business,” said Edward Morche, a senior vice president at Level 3.
Morche added the company has been helping Intelsat meet the demands of its satellite business operations for more than 10 years through a “combination of network infrastructure, services and support.”
