Ross Wilkers
Mike Zika serves as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Parsons Government Services, a business unit of Parsons Corp., where he is responsible for all activities related to finance, accounting, government accounting and mergers and acquisitions.
He has been at the company since 2004 and was involved in PGS’s acquisition of SPARTA, Inc., in 2011.
Prior to joining PGS, Zika held the positions of EVP and CFO for a firm providing engineering and environmental consulting services to the U.S. government and private industry.
From 1998 to 2001, he coordinated more than $450 million in syndicated bank debt and private equity financing and financially implemented a merger and acquisition program, which increased revenues from $95 million to $526 million.
Zika earned his B.S. degree in accounting from San Diego State University.
