Liz Huldin serves as director of human resources for Boeing‘s Network & Space Systems business.
She joined the company in April 2009 and most recently served as director of M&A, integration and international rewards in the corporate HR strategy, compensation and benefits group.

Prior to joining Boeing, she worked for Motorola, where she led the HR strategic transactions team. She was responsible for HR strategy and execution on M&A and integrations across all Motorola businesses.
She co authored, Managing People and Cultural Problems in Mergers, with Jim McKay. The article was published in The Harvard Business Review-China and discusses cultural challenges of business mergers in China.
During her career, Huldin has held HR leadership roles at Honeywell and at Aeroquip Vickers, where she also served as senior employment and labor counsel for the global business.
Prior to her corporate experience, she practiced employment and labor law in Detroit, Michigan.
Hulden is a graduate of the University of Michigan and Wayne State Law School.
