Cozy Bailey serves as national security programs customer executive within the federal group of Dell‘s services segment.
The more than 30-year technology veteran has responsibility for the company’s business in the Department of Homeland Security, Justice Department and intelligence community.
He is a 1975 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, where he received a bachelor’s degree in mathematics.
Upon graduation, he was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps and received an M.B.A. from Boston College and a MDiv from the Samuel D. Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University.
Cozy participates in organizations such as the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, the Black Data Processors Association, the Information Technology Senior Management Forum, the National Black MBA Association and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
He has also served on the board of INROADS Mid-Atlantic Region.
