Science Applications International Corp. has unveiled an electronic ticketing tool that the company designed to help law enforcement clients process and issue tickets to violators.
The Qwik-e-Ticket system works to create and send tickets electronically through Saltus Technologies LLC’s digiTICKET software, SAIC said Tuesday.
“Our solution can scan IDs and licenses, issue tickets, capture GPS coordinates, electronic signatures, voice notes and photos, map issuance locations, and more,” said Terry Hicks, SAIC’s vice president of IT managed services.
The tool is built to run on mobile devices, laptops and tablet computers.
SAIC and Saltuscollaborate to host data and manage hardware for state, local and federal government law enforcement agencies.
