Neel Mehta
Mike Alber serves as chief financial officer at Chantilly, Va.-based services provider Engility Corp., which he joined in June 2012 prior to that company’s spinoff from L-3 Communications.
Before joining Engility, he served as CFO at Alion Science and Technology, a company he joined in 2007 as senior vice president and executive director of financial operations.
Prior to Alion, Alber spent 17 years at Science Applications International Corp. and most recently served as SVP and group controller for the company’s information technology and network solutions group.
Alber also served as VP of finance at Network Solutions between 1985 and 1987 and held senior finance and contract-related positions at GeoTrans and Unisys-owned System Development Corp.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from George Mason University and completed an Advanced Management Program (AMP) from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
