Katie Joyce, former senior business development leader of the community and economic development group at Booz Allen Hamilton, has joined Abt Associates as global business development unit director.
“Katie Joyce combines excellent technical skills in business development with superior leadership qualities that will help Abt Associates grow its business and further its mission,” Jay Knott, Abt Associates executive vice president and chief business officer, said Monday.
Joyce has worked with both private sector clients and government agencies such as the Commerce, Justice and Treasury departments and previously served as principal for business development and operations at ICF International.
She has provided management and performance measurement expertise for community and socioeconomic-oriented nonprofit organizations.
