Ian Graham serves as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of BAE Systems, Inc., where he is  responsible for all legal matters associated with the company including contracts, ethics, compliance and export control functions.
Graham joined the firm in 2007 and currently serves on the BAE Systems board of directors.
The nearly 20-year industry veteran most recently served as VP and deputy general counsel for
BAE Systems through the acquisition of Armor Holdings, where he was SVP, general counsel and secretary.
Prior to joining Armor Holdings, Graham served as VP and deputy general counsel for EMCORE Corp. and he was a partner in the government contracts and corporate practice groups at Jenner & Block, LLP earlier in his career.
In addition to his position on the BAE Systems, Inc. Board of Directors, Graham serves as an alumni association representative to the Yale Law School Association Executive Committee and on the Communities in Schools of Jacksonville board.
He is a graduate of Yale Law School, where he served as publisher of the Yale Law Journal and also received a bachelor’s degree from Yale University.
