Northrop Grumman Park Air Systems has rolled out a new line of products and services designed to optimize air traffic control management and communication systems.
The Sapphire suite includes the upgraded ATC radio Park Air T6 and the MARC Server Internet-based control and monitoring solution, Northrop said Tuesday.
Sapphire offers improved power-saving features, tool-free installation and extended customer assistance.
The company indicated that it will provide training courses on ATC theory and system design for Sapphire users.
Customers will also have their own online portal where they can monitor orders and repairs, and seek technical support and information, Northrop said.
