Ross Wilkers
Lexi Alexander serves as the leader of the business development organization at L-3’s National Security Solutions group where she is responsible for the vision and strategy of the group’s business development plan.
Prior to joining L-3 Communications in April 2014, Alexander was Serco, Inc. vice president of business development for the defense and intelligence group where she supported Serco’s long-term growth goals and led the company’s BD efforts within the Department of Defense and the Intelligence community.
The 18-year BD veteran has also served as an executive at Raytheon Technical Services where she led multi-billion dollar business development efforts.
Prior to Raytheon, Ms. Alexander held senior leadership roles at URS, Northrop Grumman and Triple Canopy.
She started her career at the Institute for Defense Analyses and received a bachelor of arts in history from Denison University.
