Neel Mehta
Joe Donohue serves as chief financial officer at Agilex Technologies, where he is responsible for the management and oversight of the company’s financial operations.
He joined Agilex from Northrop Grumman, where he led customer support operations for the company’s ePower product line and was responsible for software maintenance, support, training and quality assurance work.
Donohue served as a practice leader with profit-and-loss responsibility for multiple business units within Integic Corp. prior to its sale to Northrop.
At Integec, he helped to establish the company’s first product call center and created, planned, and budgeted for launch of the company’s customer support and maintenance organization.
He also helped plan and negotiate the company’s sale of the document systems group to Moore Business Forms.
Earlier, he established and led the finance organization for a customer support division within Legent.
Donohue began his career with Marriott and performed business analysis for new development projects.
He holds an M.B.A. degree in finance is from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Tufts University.
