Microsoft‘s Marie Huwe has outlined the company’s work with three health and human services organizations to integrate data analytics into case management systems through the deployment of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM suite.
Huwe, general manager of marketing connected campaigns and communications for Microsoft Dynamics, writes Aug. 12 that the Mississippi Department of Mental Health, Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities and Our Kids of Miami-Dade/Monroe have deployed Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
She notes that the customers considered the suite’s security and integration features.
Mississippi DMH integrated Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a mobile application with the CoCENTRIX‘s CARETILES suite to help clients communicate their health needs and other information and deliver learning opportunities via games or interactive mobile activities, Huwe says.
She adds that Microsoft Dynamics CRM also works to help Ohio DODD’s 3,000 Imagine users collaborate across 18 counties as they work to manage healthcare requirements for their 100,000 clients.
Our Kids’ Safe Haven program uses the CRM tool to manage the organization’s adoption and foster care services and consolidate the original three systems for access to information from schools and medical, legal and juvenile justice agencies.
Huwe says Mississippi DMH, Ohio DODD and Our Kids sought to expedite case processing and take appropriate action based on each case.
