IBM to Refresh Narayana Health’s IT Infrastructure; Anmol Nautiyal Comments

IBM will deploy email and collaboration tools at Narayana Health in an effort to help the medical institution’s employees and stakeholders connect to a centralized information technology infrastructure.

Narayana Health administrators and employees will have access to business class email, a calendar and contact management tool through a cloud environment by using IBM iNotes via Cloud, IBM said Monday.

“We are committed to providing the best in class enterprise cloud services to clients in order to redesign their IT infrastructure to ensure efficiency and business productivity,” said Anmol Nautiyal, director of IBM social business and IBM smarter workforce.

Users could configure the collaboration service in accordance with their requirements and caregivers will also be able to share files and manage projects, IBM says.

IBM also designed the service for health workers to contribute across tasks and form communities.
