Ross Wilkers
Todd Morris serves as vice president and business area director for homeland security and law enforcement for SRA International.
In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of program execution, business strategy and growth, personnel management and financial management for SRA’s portfolio of work in support of the Department of Homeland Security and state and local homeland security organizations.
Morris’s business area includes 580 SRA personnel in both CONUS and OCONUS locations supporting 72 active contracts generating $162M a year in revenue.
Morris oversees programs providing strategic and tactical cyber security services, IT infrastructure management, information sharing systems, intelligence analysis, critical infrastructure protection and explosive detection systems operations and engineering, enterprise resources planning and emergency management.
He is also responsible for SRA’s fusion center initiatives including SRA’s analytical and operational support services at the Los Angeles JRIC, San Diego LECC and the California state fusion center in Sacramento.
Some of the accomplishments of the executive with more than 25-years’ experience includes the development and operation in the 1990’s of the defense intelligence threat database system for DIA – the Agency’s first integrated, comprehensive resources of terrorism incidents, groups and individuals.
For DHS, Morris led coordination and development of the DHS Automated Critical Asset Management System – DHS’s national system for information sharing on critical infrastructure assessment data.
Morris joined SRA in 2004 through SRA’s acquisition of Orion Scientific Systems, where he had been employed since 1990 in increasing roles of responsibility in software engineering, technical management and business management.
From 1997-2001 he also served as President of ScienceServer LLC, a joint venture between Orion Scientific Systems and Elsevier Science, the world’s largest scientific publisher.
Morris has a Bachelor’s of Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University and is a PMI certified Project Management Professional.
