Ross Wilkers
Tim Hein serves as the vice president of contracts at ATK Defense Systems Group.
He is responsible for all aspects of contract management activities including strategic agreements, export and import performance and compliance, facility use contracting, and DoD or commercial procurement regulatory compliance.
Prior to this role, Hein was contracts manager at United Defense LP (now BAE Systems).
Earlier in his career, he worked at ATK as contracts specialist and cost estimator and at FMC Corp. as a mechanical engineer.
Hein holds a certificate of government contract management from University of St. Thomas and a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology from University of Wisconsin-Stout.
