Ross Wilkers
Biff Lyons serves as senior vice president and manager of Parsons Government Services‘ more than $425 million national security and defense division.
He elevated to his position in October 2012 as part of a series of moves in the leadership team (click over to GovCon Wire for more on these appointments).
Lyons first joined Parsons in 2011 through its acquisition of SPARTA Inc., where he had served for 13 years, most recently as general manager of the defense business unit and vice president and operations manager of SPARTA’s advanced systems technology operation.
In his current position, Lyons leads Parson’s provision of services to federal customers in the homeland security, defense, intelligence, energy and mission critical systems markets.
Lyons holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in physics from the College of William and Mary and the University of Virginia, respectively.
