The U.S. Army‘s Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center has selected Subsystem Technologies to provide support services for the towed artillery digitization program under a $4.4 million task order.
The company said Monday that it will support engineering, technical, design and development of hardware and software and testing for the towed artillery weapons systems’ Digital Fire Control Systems.
Indra Nayee, director of Subsystem Technologies’ defense programs division, said the task order is a continuation of an existing partnership with ARDEC.
ARDEC is a research and development hub under the Army Materiel Command for engineering and armaments technology.
