Roxanne Decyk, member of Alliant Techsystems’ board of directors, has joined the DigitalGlobe board.
Decyk currently serves as board member of offshore driller ENSCO PLC and oil and gas management services provider Petrofac Ltd, DigitalGlobe said Tuesday.
“Roxanne’s deep experience in corporate strategy, human resources, government relations, and the oil and gas sector on a global scale will be immensely valuable as we continue to grow our business and create shareowner value,” said Jeffrey Tarr, president and CEO of DigitalGlobe.
She previously held the roles of executive vice president for global government relations and executive committee member at Royal Dutch Shell from 1999 to 2010.
“With a diverse corporate and government affairs background, Roxanne is exactly what the Board needs as it continues to work closely with management to execute the company’s growth strategy,†added Gen. Howell Estes III, chairman of DigitalGlobe’s board.
