Kennedy Consulting Research & Advisory has selected Deloitte as a leader in U.S. state and local government consulting services.
In the report “United States Sate & Local Government Consulting 2014,” Kennedy said “Deloitte is substantially immersed in the state and local government market, giving it a thorough understanding of clients’ needs.”
According to the report, the firm works to bring experiences from in other states and apply best practices tailored to each client’s needs.
“State and local governments are facing unprecedented challenges in replacing aging technology infrastructure and going digital to better serve the public. They have to make tough, bold choices every day,” said Jim Moffatt, chairman and CEO of Deloitte Consulting LLP.
The Kennedy report includes information for buyers and sellers of U.S. state and local government consulting services by focusing on market trends, client spending and the provider landscape.
“For over 40 years, we have collaborated with state and local clients in 46 states to help them overcome challenges, seize opportunities, and positively impact the people they serve,” said Stephani Long, a principal at Deloitte Consulting LLP and national managing director of Deloitte’s public sector practice.
