Patricia Garcia serves as vice president of contracts within Raytheon’s intelligence, information and services unit and responsible for Raytheon’s business agreements with clients.
Garcia oversees the direction and performance of Raytheon’s contracts organization.
She served as director of contracts for integrated communications systems within Raytheon’s network centric systems unit before she moved to her current position.
The 29-year government and commercial contracting veteran previously held acquisition roles at the Robins Air Force Logistics Command Center and achieved a certificate of appointment as a contracting officer in 1987.
Garcia holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from Georgia College and has completed other learning curriculum in acquisitions and leadership programs.
The Raytheon Six Sigma specialist also graduated from the company’s executive leadership summit.
