Chip Mallare, a 20-year engineering design and program management veteran, has joined Parsons as vice president and senior program director at the company’s bridge and tunnel division.
Mallare, who previously handled Bay Area Rapid Transit projects, will be responsible for Parsons’ bridge and tunnel projects in the western U.S., the company said Monday.
“We are excited to welcome Chip to our team and look forward to his contribution to the success of our bridge and tunnel projects in the western region,” said Todd Wager, Parsons group president.
Mallare is a registered professional engineer in California and has experience in bridge design and retrofitting, rail and light rail projects and highway design.
