Andrew V. Bailey II, a nearly three-decade infrastructure development sector veteran, has assumed leadership of Louis Berger’s Services operation in the role of president, the firm said Tuesday.
Bailey previously served as vice president of global operations and has worked in areas such as aircraft services, logistics services, fueling and facilities services, global operations and power.
Nick Masucci, Louis Berger CEO says that Bailey took on his new role as the company carries out a restructuring and global integration initiative.
“Andy has a long history of experience in operations and maintenance, making the transition to lead Services a natural fit,†said Masucci.
Bailey has also worked for USAID in South Sudan and is a 25-year veteran of the Virginia Department of Transportation.
