Sabre Industries has formed a joint venture with shelter provider Module X Solutions, adding to Sabre Building Systems’ production space with 50 acres of staging area to help expand their product line and global presence.
The parties said Thursday their Louisiana-based facilities in Shreveport and Bossier City will enable them to leverage their engineering and manufacturing capabilities to meet customer needs and bolster their disaster recovery plans.
“This new joint venture provides Sabre and Module X Solutions with the capacity needed to better serve our customers,” said Peter Sandore, Sabre’s president and chief executive officer.
Module X Solutions has recently received an incentive package worth $17.5 million from the state of Louisiana, including grants for performance and support in economic development.
“These incentives will enhance our ability to support Sabre Industries’ product line and serve their growing customer base by providing them with increased access to government and military projects around the world,” said Steve Schoonover, president and CEO of Module X Solutions.
