(PRNEWSWIRE)—Deloitte LLP, a leader in Oracle implementation and related services and Diamond level member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) announced today that they have obtained Oracle Validated Integration for its Technology for Work Opportunity Tax Credit (T4WOTC) software. This integration possesses the capability to provide businesses with accurate and efficient tax screening solutions for Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) and Federal Empowerment Zone Tax Credit.
T4WOTC, integrated with Oracle Taleo Enterprise Cloud Service of Oracle’s web-based job candidate recruiting Talent Management Cloud, is the articulated response to issues surrounding employment related tax credits and incentives. Through T4WOTC software organizations will be able to swiftly shift from analog to digital, decreasing the time and effort required for a standard tax credit screening program.

The technological architecture of federal tax credit WOTC is engineered to recruit those steaming in the crucible of employment adversity–from war-vets to the ‘between-job’ job seekers, to the unemployed individuals currently receiving government assistance– the Federal Empowerment Zone Tax Credit is dialed into generating economic growth and reducing unemployment rates in those groups affected.
