Computer Sciences Corp. has signed a $5 million renewal of its deal providing mainframe services to IP Australia.
The agreement reiterates CSC administering well-coordinated service, providing an IBM z114 infrastructure for mainframe data processing with full use of their equipment, personnel and software.
“This is a new mainframe platform we put in 12 months ago under our managed mainframe services contract,” said a CSC spokesperson.
CSC and IP Australia have worked harmoniously since their 1998 cluster 3 contract, CSC working as a “key provider of mainframe services to [IP Australia] for the last 16 years.”
The two companies are making waves, as CSC announced late last week their revealing of a new security center while IP Australia released their recently-championed $4 million contract with Datacom.
