CPI Aerostructures Inc., today announced that Terry Stinson will be brought onto CPI’s Board of Directors to serve a three-year term.
With over 45 years of leadership in the aerospace and defense industry under his belt, Stinson has played a number of executive roles with companies including AAR Corp., Textron Aerospace, Triumph Group Inc., and his own consulting practice Stinson Consulting, LLC.
Eric Rosenfeld, CPI Aero’s Chairman, speaks highly of Stinson.

As a former senior executive of two Fortune 500 companies Terry will contribute to our board his extensive aerospace management, marketing and operations experience, as well as his general business expertise developed by serving on other public company boards,” said Rosenfeld.
As the current director of Lennox International Inc., a company engaged in the design and production of heating, ventilation air conditioning and refrigeration products, Stinson’s expertise will enable him to play a beneficial role on CPI Aero’s Board of Directors.
