UXC, an information technology services provider, has acquired two companies specializing in Oracle and SAP platforms to further grow UXC’s enterprise resource planning software business, CRN Australia reported Thursday.
Steven Kiernan writes that UXC disclosed its two new acquisition deals during a market update Wednesday and it expects to close both transactions this month.
The deals mark the fourth and fifth purchases in less than a year for the Australian publicly traded IT firm, according to the magazine.
During 2013, UXC bought ERP specialists White Labelled, Tectura and Keystone, Kiernan reports.
Cris Nicolli, a UXC managing director, predicts that M&A transactions will account for 11 to 12 percent of the company’s growth in the second quarter of 2014.
Nicolli added the company has secured $25 million in managed service renewal contracts as well as $10 million in outsourcing contracts during its 2014 fiscal year.
