leidos_purpleLeidos has been awarded an $87 million subcontract to produce, integrate and test combatant craft systems for the U.S. Special Operations Command.

The award falls under a potential $400 million Combatant Craft Medium Mk-1 program, for which Oregon Iron Works is the prime contractor, Leidos said Wednesday.

John Fratamico, Leidos group president, said the company will work to deliver maritime technologies for USSOCOM’s CCM Mk1.

Leidos will also provide lifecycle integrated logistics support as well as perform incremental development and upgrade work.
