IBM East Europe/Asia Ltd. and Russian telecom company Rostelecom have agreed to launch a big data and cloud computing center in the country, ITAR-TASS reported Friday.
Alexandra Krasnova writes Rostelecom intends to develop big data analytics services and “optimize business processes†through the center.
The Russian state-owned company provides fixed, mobile and broadband connection services, as well as pay television in the country, according to the report.
