Brian Hard Takes VP Role in Parsons Operational Shared Services Org; Nick Hutchinson Comments

Brian Hard has been promoted to vice president of Parsons‘ alternative project delivery services for operational shared services.

Hard will be responsible for project and engineering support for the firm’s alternative project delivery activities, Parsons said Thursday.

“Brian’s experience with megaproject planning is invaluable to Parsons, and we congratulate him on his promotion,” said Nick Hutchinson, Parsons executive vice president of OSS.

Hard brings 20 years of background in managing megaprojects, design-build initiatives and project controls system development to his new role.

He helped carry out projects such as the Eastern Transportation Corridor in California, the I-25 Southeast Corridor Transportation expansion in Colorado and the new I-64 in Missouri.
