021012-M-XXXXG-001Boeing Co. has selected Triumph Group Inc. to provide maintenance services for the U.S. Air Force’s Boeing C-17 Globemaster III aircraft fleet.

Triumph Group will work to modernize and sustain auxiliary power units, fan thrust reversers, pitch trim actuators, landing gear manifold and ramp actuators for the C-17 aircraft for three years, Triumph Group said Friday.

Jeffry Frisby, Triumph’s president and CEO, said the company will extend its overhaul and maintenance services for the C-17 fleet through the new agreement with Boeing.

Berwyn, Pa.-based Triumph Group will perform the task at the company’s aerospace systems and aftermarket services facilities.

The company provides design, engineering and maintenance services for various aerostructures and aircraft components.
