Rob Rabinek serves as vice president for contracts and procurement for General Dynamics Information Technology intelligence solutions division, where the close-to-30-year federal procurement exec manages a number of related administration, compliance and other activities.
Rabinek’s portfolio of responsibilities includes:
- contract, subcontract and government property administration
- contract compliance and quality assurance
- procurement
- export and import compliance
Prior to elevating to his current position in 2010, his firm said Rabinek managed a large portfolio of information technology programs for intelligence customers as director of the Enterprise IT Solutions sector.
He previously elevated through the procurement, finance and contract management leadership ranks within Lockheed Martin and Raytheon, completing the Lockheed Program Management Development Program during his time with that contractor.
Rabinek earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and completed coursework with George Washington University’s contracting program and earning an M.B.A. from Averett University.
