XeroxXerox has launched four new information management products to address an enterprise’s information security, workflow automation and print management needs.

“Our three-stage strategy – assess and optimize, secure and integrate, and automate and simplify – continues to evolve with these new offerings,” Mike Feldman, president of large enterprise operations at Xerox, said Tuesday.

The company’s new products include the Xerox Secure Print Manager Suite, Xerox Document Analytics Service, Xerox Workflow Assessment Services and Xerox ConnectKey 1.5.

“As an enterprise’s knowledge capital grows – in both paper and electronic form – the challenge of unlocking it increases exponentially,” Feldman said.

Product details include:

  • Xerox Secure Print Manager Suite: built for print security, control and reporting functions
  • Xerox Document Analytics Service: works to gather insights on document usage
  • Xerox Workflow Assessment Services: assesses document movement within an enterprise
  • Xerox ConnectKey 1.5: designed for printing-on-the-go
