Eaton will provide Isometrics with ground-fueling components of tank rack modules that are part of the modular fuel systems Isometric manufactures under a contract with the U.S. Army.
Eaton said Friday the modular fuel systems are designed to distribute and store fuel at any location without requirement material-handling equipment.
The company’s modular fuel systems are built to carry 2,500 gallons of fuel and include both pump rack modules and tank rack modules.
Eaton’s ground-fueling products for tank rack modules contain jet-level sensors, internal valves, fueling adapters and mechanical inward-opening vents that are built to meet the Transportation Department‘s requirements on preventing leakage.
