Deloitte Consulting has won a $4.95 million contract from MNsure, the agency overseeing Minnesota’s health insurance exchange, to fix short-term problems and chart a course for the future of the exchange, the Minneapolis Star Tibune said Thursday.
Jackie Crosby writes Deloitte built exchanges in Connecticut, Kentucky, Rhode Island and Washington and was one of the top candidates for the Minnesota exchange.
Kevin Kelly, partner at Deloitte, said the company will base its work on what it has done in other states.
As part of the contract, Deloitte will oversee MNsure technology vendors and provide project-management services.
