Navistar Engineering Director Scott Van Dorn has joined the strategic advisory board at energy company HPEV, where he will work to offer the company insights on the mobile generation and work truck markets.
Van Dorn handles Navistar’s production definition, investment and engineering activities for the company’s medium duty, buses and military vehicles portfolio in North America, HPEV announced Wednesday.
“HPEV’s advisory board is comprised of industrial engineering leaders who provide us with truly unique insights from some of the most progressive minds in the industry,” said Timothy Hassett, HPEV CEO.
“[Van Dorn has a great perspective to help HPEV ensure that we meet the market’s and customer’s needs for the vehicle industry. He certainly knows how to see business through the eyes of the customers whom HPEV serves,” he added.
