Neel Mehta
Charles “Chuck” Hicks serves as the senior vice president of finance and business operations at ASRC Federal, where he oversees finance, government accounting and compliance, program control and pricing.
The U.S. Navy veteran has spent more than 20 years in finance and operations and served as SVP and chief financial officer at USIS prior to joining ASRC Federal.
His industry experience also includes a related executive post within SAIC’s intelligence, security and technology group, where he served as vice president of finance for the mission integration business unit.
Hicks is a certified public accountant and earned his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Maryland.
