KofaxKofax has launched a software-as-a-service version of a technology that works to help organizations manage business functions and customer service processes.

TotalAgility Cloud is a multi-tenant SaaS application designed to be hosted on Microsoft‘s Azure cloud infrastructure, Kofax said Monday.

Anthony Macciola, Kofax chief technology officer, said the company developed the product to capture, analyze and integrate enterprise data as well as monitor processes from mobile devices.

The company also intends for the SaaS platform to help businesses design and implement smart process applications without the need to maintain software and hardware systems.

TotalAgility works to protect sensitive data and enable business continuity through the Azure cloud environment, according to Kofax.
