Northrop Grumman will participate in an aerospace and defense show in Singapore to demonstrate its technologies and exhibit scale models of its aircraft and equipment used for surveillance, fire control and other missions.
The global security company said Wednesday the Singapore Airshow 2014 is an opportunity to highlight its capabilities to potential customers and emphasize its presence in the region.
“With our growing presence in the Asia-Pacific region our focus is on building long-term partnerships and delivering security solutions that contribute towards advancing global stability,†said Ian Irving, Northrop’s chief executive for Australia.
Among the showcased technologies are the Scalable Agile Beam Radar fighter sensor, Triton unmanned aircraft system, E-2D Advanced Hawkeye airborne early warning and control system and MQ-8C Fire Scout unmanned helicopter.
The air show will be held at the Changi Exhibition Center on Feb. 11 to 16.
