Keene will assist in the foundation’s goal to serve as the “National Park for the Performing Arts” for local and national performing arts communities, SAIC announced Monday.
She said the foundation serves the “artistic pursuits” of the arts community both locally and internationally.Â
Keene is responsible for SAIC’s customer relations, long-term strategic business pipeline expansion and program executive oversight.
Before joining the company in 2012, Keene was CGI‘s senior vice president and general manager for U.S. enterprise markets.

Kim Rupert is another one of SAIC’s senior leaders who has also been actively involved on a board of directors. Rupert, senior vice president of contracts and pricing, chairs the finance and budget committee of the National Contract Management Association and has served on the board since 2010.
She has also served on the association’s board of advisors and as president of NCMA’s Baltimore-Washington Corridor Chapter. Rupert has spent close-to-15-years of her career working with SAIC and helps drive business operations and ensure the company complies with laws and regulations.
