Erin-Michael Gill, formerly a managing director and chief intellectual property officer at MDB Capital Group, has joined Qbase Technologies as an executive vice president responsible for managing products and intellectual property.
Gill’s responsibilities include overseeing business processes from product design and creation to marketing and sales, and IP strategy and protection, the company said Monday.
While working with Erin-Michael and his team at MDB Capital, it became clear that there was a substantial opportunity to expand our planned product roadmap for the intelligence community to address any enterprise with complex, real-time, big data needs,” said Steven Baldwin, Qbase CEO.
Gill’s previous advisory role at MDB Capital Group and executive leadership experience at other technology companies also involved IP strategy and product development.
Currently a White House IP and international trade advisor, Gill will be based at Qbase’s headquarters in Reston, Va.
